Shipping Information

First, I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting me and my brand, Graced by Nature. Whether you’re new here or have been part of the GBN family for years, your support truly means so much to me.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using the following carriers:

  • Canada Post — for all Canadian addresses
  • Purolator — for all international destinations

Shipping options and rates will appear at checkout based on your location.

Processing Times

Every product is handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Processing begins the next business day after your order is placed
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipping
  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (no weekends or holidays)

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines may vary by carrier and destination:

Within Canada (Canada Post):

  • Ontario: 2–4 business days
  • Other Provinces: 4–8 business days

United States (Purolator):

  • Approx. 5–10 business days

International (Purolator):

  • Approx. 7–14 business days
  • Customs processing may add additional time

All available options will appear at checkout — no email is required for international shipping.

Shipping Costs & Transparency

Shipping rates are calculated directly through the carrier in real time at checkout —

you only pay what it costs to ship your order, with no added fees or markups.

 

Free Shipping:

Orders over $100 CAD (before tax) ship free within Canada.

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For orders shipped outside of Canada:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, VAT/GST, or taxes are not included in the product or shipping price
  • These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Graced by Nature is not able to estimate these amounts in advance
  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays, which are outside of the carrier’s and my control
  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, no refunds or replacements will be issued


Policies

  • All products are handmade, and all sales are final
  • There are no refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact
    customerservice@gracedbynature.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as products are made to order
